In addition to the information and terms and conditions set out in the different sections of this website, please be aware of the following (your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions):

Delivery 

We use Royal Mail’s first-class signed for service to ship all parcels across the UK, if ordered via standard delivery. For this service, we charge a delivery fee of £2.75 for products under £40.

Free standard shipping is offered on all purchases with an order value of over £40, despatched to a UK address only.

Express, next day delivery is now available at a rate of £6.70 for purchases with an order value of under £40. Express, next day delivery is also available for purchases with an order value of over £40 at a cost of £3.95.

International postage is charged at £9.95 regardless of the order value.

All orders are subject to product availability.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. If the purchase was made via credit or debit card, the card with which the purchase was made will be refunded.

Simply send us your purchase in its original state and upon receipt, we will either send you a full refund or the product you would like to exchange for. If the new product is more expensive than the original product, obviously you’ll have to pay the difference. We recommend sending returns by recorded delivery and keeping proof of postage. Returns must be sent at your expense.

For hygiene reasons, you cannot return earrings if they have been worn. If they haven’t been worn or are faulty, you can return them for a full refund or exchange.

Damaged goods

We make every effort to ensure our products arrive undamaged! If, however, an item arrives in a damaged state, claims must be made within seven working days from receipt.
