Privacy commitment
We understand how important your privacy is and we only use the personal information you’ve provided to fulfil your order and keep in touch, with your consent.
All payments happen through the Stripe payment gateway, so the TigerLily Jewellery website does not hold any financial information.
How do we protect your data?
We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software which encrypts the personal data you provide to us.
How long do we keep your personal information?
Your personal information is held and processed by us for the time required for the purposes for which the information is collected, or where we are relying upon your consent until you withdraw that consent. When we no longer need to use your information (when your order is fulfilled) or if we are relying on your consent (eg to receive our newsletter) and you withdraw that consent, we will remove your details from our systems and records.
At checkout you are given the option to request your details to be deleted once your order is complete.
If you have consented to receiving our newsletter, you can unsubscribe from these communications via the unsubscribe link present in each communication or by contacting us direct.
Cookies
We use essential cookies, performance cookies and targeting/advertising cookies. For more information on cookies, cookie management and the types of cookie we use, please see our cookie policy.
Third parties
We do not generally share data with any third parties and certainly not for advertising purposes. Exceptions to this include sending an item direct to you from one of our suppliers to expediate an urgent order. However, we would always ask your permission first, to share your contact details for as long as it was necessary to send your order.
To receive our newsletter (which you need to opt in to), we would need to share your name and email address with our email marketing provider, Mailchimp.
We use data analytics tools to track the way that users interact with our website and to collect information such as number of visitors to the website, what pages they land on and which pages they visit. This information is used to enhance your shopping experience and is anonymous.
